Name three real documents: vendor or customer, what arrived, what the owner typed, what was an exception. If they cannot name three, choose Hold on the next screen.

What number proves the pile shrank?

Include unit and time window. Examples: drafts needing no correction this week; hours on data entry this week. Examples, not promises.
