45 to 60 minutes.
Free.
A diagnosis of where their business gets stuck. Written down. No install, no software class, no invoice.
FOR THE PERSON YOUR CLIENTS ALREADY TRUST
Your clients are asking about AI.
You do not have to become the expert.
Introduce one of them. I run a free bottleneck audit. They leave with the first thing to fix, written down. You brought it to them.
See how the intro works ↓You make the intro. They get the diagnosis. You stay in the picture.
Concept illustration. No result is claimed.
02 / WHAT IT COSTS YOU
You are not buying anything. You are not reselling anything. You are making one introduction.
A diagnosis of where their business gets stuck. Written down. No install, no software class, no invoice.
Useful help for a client you already have. No staff to add. No AI you have to learn.
If nothing fits, I tell them that. Sometimes the answer is hire a tech, not buy software. You still look good for making the intro.
03 / WHO THIS IS FOR
Montana mechanics, coaters, movers, detailers, cleaners, handymen, and event crews. No office manager. A missed call can be a lost job.
Rings while they are under a car or on a floor.
Lands, then sits until somebody remembers it.
Gets written at 10pm, after the work is done.
If your clients look like that, this fits. If they do not, tell me and we will not waste their time.
04 / WHAT THEY WILL BE ASKED
“If tomorrow you got 300 jobs that wanted your services, what process would break first?”
Then I stop talking. Owners already know the answer. Most have never been asked it out loud. That first break is where we start.
05 / HOW I TALK ABOUT RESULTS
Before anything gets built, we record what the number is right now. Then we check the same number later.
I will not hand your client a statistic I did not measure. If I have not counted it, I will say so. Your name is on this introduction and I am not going to spend it.
06 / IF THEY WANT SOMETHING BUILT
The audit is free and ends with a written diagnosis. If your client decides they want the fix built, I quote them directly from my standard pricing. No surprise invoice arrives because you made an introduction.
If an introduction turns into paid work, I will write down what your side of that looks like before anyone is promised money.
NOT YET WRITTEN
I would rather tell you that than invent a number today and change it later.
TWO OPTIONS.
One client. One audit. No cost either direction.
Opens an email draft. Nothing is booked until we talk.
No pressure. Keep this for when one of your clients starts drowning in the office side.
